My background combines professional writing and editing, software technical support, research, customer communication, training, and instructional content. At Thomson Reuters Tax and Accounting, I supported local and cloud-based software, documented technical issues and solutions, worked with backend files and system data, and communicated technical information to customers.

My writing experience includes published essays and articles, freelance writing and editing, academic research, and instructional content. I enjoy learning complicated subjects and organizing them into documentation that is accurate, approachable, and useful.
